How do I book the Mater Hospital Library training room?

Webmail:

Choose ‘New Event’

Enter room name email into ‘Invite attendees’, e.g. Waratah-MHAdmin-L4-MHALibraryComputerTrainingRm-S12@health.nsw.gov.au

Add a title

Invite attendees and add meeting date

Click save

 

Outlook desktop:

Choose ‘New meeting’

Click on ‘Resource Finder’

Adjust dates and times

From the locations menu select, Waratah

Then select Calvary Mater MH Admin Library Training Room

Click save and close

Add title and email addresses of others invited to the meeting

Click send
