How do I find out if the library holds a specific ebook or ejournal that I need?

There are two options for finding out what electronic books and journals are held by HNE Health Libraries:

 

  1. Search the library catalogue. Click the title to view further information. If the title is held by HNE Health Libraries you will see a HNE Health Libraries e-resource link - click the link to access the resource. Please note that CIAP resources are not included in the catalogue. If you have University of Newcastle conjoint access you can also access University resources by clicking view full text link. 

Online resource available from message

 

  1. Search the ebooks portal (available via Quick links/eResources) on the Library website. CIAP electronic resources are included in the eBooks portal.

 

Either way, you need to know your username (library membership number e.g. 10000…..) and your password.

If you don’t remember them – you can reset them any time – using your email address.
