How do I place a hold on a physical item that is currently on loan?
Locate the item in the catalogue and sign in.
Choose the ‘Members and Guests’ option and enter your HNE Libraries username and password.
If you can’t sign in – contact us
Once signed in – you will see a link ‘Request or Booking’ under the ‘Borrow’ option. Choose your desired pickup location (Mater, Tamworth or JH) and ‘Send request’.
Your request will be added to the item – and you will be notified by email when the item is ready to collect from your chosen location.
