How do I renew my loans?
Answer
Loans may be renewed during library opening hours either in person, by phone or email.
Loans may also be renewed online at any time
- Go to the Library catalogue and click on MyLibrary (found underneath search box)
- Login as either “University Students/Staff” or “Members and Guests”
- HNELHD staff choose “Members and Guests” – and login with their HNE Health Libraries username (membership #) and password
- If your password does not work – click “Need help signing in?”
- Then choose “Reset password”
- If you need help - click “HNELHD support” and contact us for assistance
- Once logged in – you will see your library dashboard – where you can view/renew your active loans
- This dashboard also displays historic loans, requests, fines and messages
The following items cannot be renewed
- Items recalled or reserved for another library member
- Items that have already been renewed the maximum number of times
- Overdue items
